Natural brown sugar is the BEST on oatmeal. I get the stuff from Enertia and it's awesome!

No, No, MarkO it was OATMEAL and very fest..ive with decorations of brown sugar.

I too had Oats, but uncooked rolled oats sort of like european muesli with the addition of a sprinkling of Honey Smacks, Orange Juice and Earl Grey tea to complete my fast breaking fest.

manuka - is that mix something you did on yer own or can you buy that uncooked oatmeal thingy you posted above?

Laq, something I do on my own. About 4 spoons of rolled oats, and 4 spoons of something else to give it some crunch.

Favorites are something like Basic 4, corn flakes, or chex, and a little brown sugar unless the cereal is already sweet like basic 4.
Eat the same stuff at home or on the trail, only difference is at home I eat with milk and on the trail just water. I tried mixing dried milk for the trail but the powder all sinks to the bottom so day 1 is water and day 3 is thick cream (yecht)

Thanks, manuka. I gonna see if I can get that rolling for my wife. She's been on a diet and eats oatmeal everyday. She's got real sick of it. Maybe this will spruce it up a little.

thanks again!

I saw a poll on Fox that said 90% of Americans were afraid of the price of their breakfast going up if Kerry gets elected due to over taxing everything but the air.

The U.S. House of Representatives holds the power of taxation.

If Bush gets re-elected many more people will be eatin' beans for breakfast......lunch AND dinner

I frickin' LOVE beans! I do feel bad for all those people who have to eat beans while they watch HBO.

I'll tell ya what gets my goat! I want healthcare for my dog Honey. She had her annual check up and shots. It cost $180!! Poor HoneyDog has to eat dog food to be able to afford her healthcare! It's a damn shame I tell ya!

Q - have K try some Kashi crunch. Very high fiber and protein, sweetened with a bit of honey and cinnamin. Yummy stuff. My tummy just doesn't like the soy. :(
