According to CNN:
Currently, in Ohio, Bush has the lead by 136,221 votes. Yet, there are "over a quarter million" uncounted votes.

Over 250,000 still uncounted? Seems like a significant number to me considering...

Ohio's Sec of State, Blackwell, says there's 175k provisinoal ballots. The 250k, I read, includes the absentee ballots that are still uncounted.

fwiw, Blackwell, said that in 2000, when 100,000 provisional ballots were cast, about 90 percent were legitimate.

So, 90% of 175k and all the absentee ballots could get us to nearly 235k. Still much more than the 136k that currently separates Bush and Kerry.

If I were Kerry, I'd wait. If roles were reversed, and it were Bush...I'd still wait. To me, this isn't about dems and repubs. To me, it's about making sure every vote is counted. I'll be patient while Ohio does that.”
