“It basiclly comes down to this T-bull. The number of ballets will be somewhere between the 130,000 and the 250,000. Of these at best only 10% would get tossed but sometimes it's as 90%. Following the trend of the rest of the ballots they couldn't hope for much better than more 50-50 voting. So if we have say, even 200,000 ballots the best they could hope for would be 180,000 good ones and of these they would need like 80-90% to go for Kerry. They realized this and did the right thing. The ballots are still going to be counted as they should.”
