The one woman reporter went out to do some exit polls and ended up asked people all kinds of random questions. It was freakin' hilarious. She approached one woman who had just come out of a salon and complimented her on her nice hairdo. Then asked her, "So does the carpet match the drapes?" Good thing BowlderSon didn't really get the joke!”

All I heard last night while watching the news was how the nation is divided. If you watched any station, you probably heard the same thing. What are we divided about?

The war in Iraq - mainly

I don't think it is Kerry's job to get up and give a ra ra speach for Bush asking everyone to come together as a nation. The people who are against the war will still be against the war. Nothing Kerry says at this point will change that.

I think it is Bush that needs to give a speech. He needs to unite the country behind him. He needs to make people believe that what we are doing in Iraq is the right thing.
