Regardless of which party he's running with, he's an embarrasment. Yes, he should have the right to run for anything he wants, but I hope to goodness he gets slammed in the election. He will get part of the bubba vote though. Sad but true.

Gotta Agree Day, remember David Duke? GOD he was an embarrasment to the Republicans...the only good thing he did was expose some of the more bigoted members, we managed to get rid of one, (LOL) he went to the Democrats and they treat him like a vial of Plague (LOL)

TYPICAL
Clinton Pushed RU-486 in First Official Act, Report Shows

Before being sworn in as president, Democrat Bill Clinton was told that he should "start immediately to eliminate the barely educated, unhealthy and poor segment of the country." Clinton received the advice in a letter from an advocate for the abortion drug regimen RU-486, which the president promoted during his first official act in the White House, according to a new report.

...

Clinton had received advice concerning the abortion regimen in a letter from Ron Weddington, whose wife, Sarah, had advocated for the legal right to abortion as an attorney in the 1973 Roe v. Wade case.

In urging the legalization of RU-486, Ron Weddington wrote in a Jan. 6, 1992, letter to Clinton. "Something's got to be done very quickly. Twenty-six million food stamp recipients is (sic) more than the economy can stand."

The "president-to-be" should "start immediately to eliminate the barely educated, unhealthy and poor segment of the country," Weddington added.

"Our survival depends upon our developing a population where everyone contributes," he wrote. "We don't need more cannon fodder. We don't need more parishioners. We don't need more cheap labor. We don't need more babies."

"Weddington's ravings were not relegated to a file for unsolicited constituent correspondence," the Judicial Watch report notes. "On the contrary, the Weddington letter is, chronologically and philosophically, the foundation document for the Clinton RU-486 files."

Within a month of Clinton's first directive, FDA Commissioner David Kessler met with the RU-486 manufacturer, the French pharmaceutical company Roussel Uclaf. After that, official political, economic and diplomatic pressure from the U.S. government was exercised to make the drug available in the United States, the Judicial Watch report states.

It's a Bush Administration SCANDAL!! LOL
I love it how the Dems try to spin everything ... How sad!

"This is a scandal," said Senate Democratic leader Harry Reid, D-Nev., in a briefing with reporters. "The information was kept from the American public. I would hope that the administration is figuring out a way to find out what happened and then find out some way to make sure that all these veterans are made whole."

“More people hate us,” Moran said, a comment that drew an outburst from the crowd.

PR for spinach safety fails; none found

Wed Oct 4, 7:10 AM ET

SALINAS, California - A congressman who tried to stage a public spinach-eating news conference to demonstrate that the leafy greens are safe following a nationwide E. coli outbreak scrapped his plan after he could not find any in local grocery stores.

Rep. Sam Farr (D-dumba$$) had wanted to try to persuade consumers it is safe again to eat spinach from the Salinas Valley, which was the source of contaminated spinach that sickened 187 people in 26 states.

"The good news is that spinach is able to be sold in the markets," Farr said. "The bad news is the markets aren't selling it. One of the efforts that we talked about is how do we regain consumer confidence."

On Friday, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration lifted its 2-week-old consumer warning on most fresh spinach. But spinach and spinach-containing products that were recalled by San Juan Bautista-based Natural Selection Foods LLC and four companies it supplied remained subject to the FDA alert Tuesday.

Farr made his remarks in front of an empty bowl that he had hoped to fill with spinach. He had intended to eat some and feed it to reporters, but said his attempts to buy spinach at two local grocery stores were unsuccessful. Both stores had signs that said they were not selling spinach, according to a Farr aide.

Dave Heylen, a spokesman for the California Grocers Association, said some stores have started restocking their spinach bins while others have not, either because they have not been able to get hold of any or are waiting to see if shoppers are interested.

Stupid ABC Democrats ...

Police Called After John Karr and ABC producers Found Near School
Sun Oct 08 2006 18:53:42 ET

San Francisco police say they stopped a limo carrying John Karr after the one-time JonBenet Ramsey suspect was spotted wandering near a school and peering in a window!

The AP reorted this weekend: Police say the received a call from the Convent of the Sacred Heart school, where Karr worked briefly as a teacher's aide in 2000. School employees told police the limo carrying Karr and two producers for ABC's "Good Morning America," stopped near the school. Karr got out, strolled the sidewalk and approached the school's door.

Police say no laws were broken, but they did take the names of Karr and the producers.Karr was released from jail Thursday after Sonoma County authorities lost critical evidence in a five-year-old child pornography case against him and it was dismissed.

Personally I like women - but if I was using a position of power to harrass and send sexually themed e-mails and IMs to 16-year-old high school girls in a work-experience scheme - I'd expect to at the very least to be sacked.

XL - Stop defending Foley - or maybe you think his behavior is ok?

UM as for people's sexual preference I really could care diddly, so the Foley thing is more a concern on what actually happened. Don't know if you have ever had it happen but I had a friend who was stalked by a 16 year old girl (who had serious mental problems)> Dam^ near destroyed his career. Luckily we were able to get surveilance to show she was stalking him.

Now it appears the individuals involved may have been playing around with Foley (granted I am shocked more at the scum who kept returning him to office) to get these replies. Not that this alleviates him of any responsibility but I want to know the whole story.

As for using your position what age does it become OKAY to use your position to demand sexual favors from subordinates?

Yes a number of 16-year-olds were 'playing around" with Foley. That's it - maybe you'd like to look through their sexual history, those little bastards were asking for it when they applied for that scheme - it's all becoming clear now - it's a Liberal plot to attack the god-fearing Republicans.

As for using your position what age does it become OKAY to use your position to demand sexual favors from subordinates?
That's my point exactly and this is why it has nothing - N O T H I N G to do with gays in the scouting movement. That is a different issue altogether.

The heck it is....this is a case of E-mails being sent, but libbies commonly turn a blind eye to people on their side who VIOLATE people and block investigations.

I think this is not a situation of Liberal or Conservative, it is more a situation of the arrogance of Washinton DC. I personally hope this nails the present Republican Leadership. I want to see Frist, Hastert and the rest of the Lott-o-lites thrown out. I want the Smaller Government crowd to get back in.

OH CR^P looks like the wind driven clean of the Democrats has a few SLIGHT smudges.....

http://www.breitbart.com/news/2006/10/11/D8KMJ8I00.html

Senate Democratic Leader Harry Reid collected a $1.1 million windfall on a Las Vegas land sale even though he hadn't personally owned the property for three years, property deeds show.
In the process, Reid did not disclose to Congress an earlier sale in which he transferred his land to a company created by a friend and took a financial stake in that company, according to records and interviews.

The Nevada Democrat's deal was engineered by Jay Brown, a longtime friend and former casino lawyer whose name surfaced in a major political bribery trial this summer and in other prior organized crime investigations. He's never been charged with wrongdoing _ except for a 1981 federal securities complaint that was settled out of court.

Reid hung up the phone when questioned about the deal during an AP interview last week.

Kent Cooper, who oversaw government disclosure reports for federal candidates for two decades in the Federal Election Commission, said Reid's failure to report the 2001 sale and his ties to Brown's company violated Senate rules.

You know I am hearing there was a older homosexual who was lured by 20ish kids into an attack he ran from the attack and was hit by a car.

WOW...then I started thinking about how different is this from the Pages who we now know lured Con. Foley into his little messages. The LiberalSocialists are framing this as "Paul Purebread" the innocent youth in the BIG CITY who was set upon by this vicious older man. Lets be honest (as hard as that may be) I know a LOT of 16 years olds and they are not a whole lot more differently than say a 18 year old....

Then I remembered an 18 year old intern who flashed her thong at a Senior Executive...we were told she entrapped him.

Once again the libbiesocialists are drawing on EMOTION. We all are disgusted with a much older adult hunting and taking advantage of a teenager whether gay or not. But I know some 16 year olds who are significantly more "mature" and just as worldly vicious as adults.

I am thinking this is going to be another PLAMEOUT!!!! (eject eject eject)

DC Dem Council members raise own pay 24%
By Gary Emerling
THE WASHINGTON TIMES
December 20, 2006

D.C. Council members yesterday gave final approval to pay raises for themselves and for the city's next mayor, authorizing the increases just days before the current council period expires.
The salary measure was one of a number of bills passed during the council's final legislative session before it recesses Saturday. Three new council members and a new council chairman will be sworn in on Jan. 2.
With little fanfare or debate, members approved their own 24 percent pay raise -- meaning incoming and re-elected council members will earn $115,000 next year if Congress does not object to the increase.
The increase means council members will earn more than their counterparts in cities like New York, where members will earn $112,500 next year.
"There's no question that we're near the top," said council member Phil Mendelson, an at-large Democrat who introduced the bill and amended it to include cost-of-living increases. "But there's company."
The median household income for the District last year was $47,221, according to the U.S. Census Bureau.
The bill, which passed on a 7-3 vote, will raise the mayor's salary 31.6 percent from $152,000 to $200,000 and will raise the incoming council chairman's salary to $190,000.
Adrian M. Fenty, Ward 4 Democrat and incoming mayor, and Vincent C. Gray, Ward 7 Democrat and incoming council chairman, recused themselves from the vote.
The bill will also create a commission to review the salaries of council members, the council chairman and the mayor. ..........
