I was in the Opelika Wal Mart Super Center and saw a bunch of Carmel Apple Luna bars on the clearance rack unmarked. I took one to the scanner and it scanned at a whopping 10 cents. I bought every one they had. Since I was looking for a particular Doggie down jacket that the opelika Wal Mart didn't have the right size of I drove 5 miles to the Auburn Wal Mart super center and they too had the Carmel Apple luna bars for $0.10. I made off with 18 carmel apple luna bars in all for a whopping $1.80. Might want to peak at the clearance rack near the health/pharmacy to see if they have any in your Wal Mart.

Aren't those made and targeted toward women?
Oh, I forgot about you being a girl.
Sorry. ;-)

cliff bars = men.

luna bars = women.

but, #&%!$, they're both good for energy-ish bars.

Package of 14 Zone bar(s)for sale at $5.00.
Found on end-cap in Pharmacy section at Toledo store. Must be at others I suppose. It had a coupon attached which expired October 31....I suspect this is why they're on sale. Box labeled 10 bars plus 4 free

They are pretty good... especially for $0.10. I bet they would taste even better if I was wearing a pair of tights.

Are they anything like the PowerBars?
I have not found any PowerBars I think taste good or even have good taste.

Nothing like power bars. They are made by cliff. The carmel apple one I had tasted like a cliff bar with a layer of rice cake on it. It was good as far as energy bars are concerned. Hell... for $0.10 buy it and try it out if your Wal Mart has em.

I picked up some of the apple ones and they are OK, but the chocolate peppermint stick flavored ones are the bomb (hi crash!)! Krogers had them all for $.99 as well as the Cliff bars too.
