“Funny story about Procul Harem. I was at my friend's place in Charlottesville, Va., circa late 70s. We were all about three sheets to the wind. The radio station played "A Salty Dog," but they ID'd it as by the Moody Blues.

I called the station and told the DJ it was Procul Harem. He asked my name. He corrected himself on the air and said I had called it in. My friends sat there amazed.

"You can call the radio station?"

"Yes, you can call the radio station. They have phones!"”
