Wednesday night we did lot of sparring so everyone would be a little more knowledgeable of fending against a barrage of blows. This included kicks, too. I blocked one kick, got hold ot the guys leg, lost my balance, recovered by going down backwards and flipping the guy completely over me. With a good grip still of his leg, I quickly put a submission lock on him. Ha, he wanted credit for a take-down, since I went down on my back, but no way, baby. He was thrown and good!

I love the sound of a good throw to the mats, whether it is me or someone else going down. My idea of fun!
