“The Stillwater festivl I went to after the show was fun. Railroad Earth headlined on Saturday night. They were excellent. I should play them more often on the show. But, yesterday, and I hate to have to say this, I had the chance to see Chris Smither as he was there later on in the day. Unfortunately, Maple ws in pretty rough shpe over the weekend. So, being the worried hubby, I had to abbreviate the day and head back to NYC in case she needed an ER visit. Wasn't meant to be, I guess. Too bad. I would have liked to have seen him...”

I was asked to kick off the event. My duties are a bit unclear. All I know is I am to play music, interview musicians, co-host and possibly some other duties. Trying to famiiarize myself with the event plans, because I'm winging it here.
