Big Rock and Roll Tragedy...
The E Street Band stands head and shoulders above just about any musical group that has ever taken the stage anyhow, anywhere and any time, IMO. That being said, this ensemble lost a key member this week: Organist and 40 year friend and co-worker to Bruce Springsteen, Danny Federici, succumbed to melanoma and died at Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. His contribution to the sound of one of rock's legendary bands was enormous. So, I'm going to feature much of Bruce's more interesting and rare work for this afternoon's feature artist segments. I am also looking to bring out some live performances featuring Federici's more extraordinary work. Join me at 2 PM on www.hgrnj.org for the Underground RR

Okay, Mr. Beard, I'm there. I finally got a flat screen to replace the old monitor that went tits up. I used my 42" sony t.v. as a monitor for awhile, but now I'm finally back up to speed with both satellite t.v. and internet. Once I get electricity, I'll really be cool, lol.
