Islamic law is probably similar to judaic law and you have to get them in the ground pretty quick.

as for him dying, well it happens to all of us eventually. He just lasted longer than the victims of his early career as a terrorist. I do not know if he personally killed women and children or just helped plan the killings, but he represented an organization that did.
They had a home in Jordan until they tried to assasinate the king and take over in 1970-71.
They were driven out into Lebanon, shortly later (2-3 years) the civil war muslim against christian started there, never proven but probably caused by Palestinian assasination of christians in political power.

The PLO has never renounced their goal to kill all Israelis, I think their terminology is "drive them into the sea". Why the world accepts this but condemns Hitler I will never know because they have the same stated goal, genocide.
