I'm looking at buying some of the dinners from Enertia Foods for the first time. What are some of the better ones?

Say thanks, binks. ;)

They used to have a sampler case for like $50 that was a good deal and you could kind of pick and choose. The only ones I've heard that are bad is the beans with fake ham and the eggs.

I like the mac a nd cheese the chili and the spagetti. The Parker potatoes are ok but need some meat.

Binks still has the sampler case, at least according to the link above. I think it's $60 now though.

I've never been to excited about the Enertia meals. I've tried about five different kinds and they were all eatable but nothing to write home about.

Meals
I'd go for the sample case if you have the funds. One of each meal then you can try each and every one. Prior to my retirement as a globe trotter I kept a Sample case around to suppliment MRE's. I got to where I prefered the meal in a pouch because I didn't have the excess water to waste on cleaning dishes. Enertia, I think is the best out there overall. Other companies have certain meals that are great tasting but some of them just plain suck! I know I lived out of a pack for almost 15 months staight.
Good Luck in what ever you choose
