I've got snow in the forecast for about as far as the weather forecast can see. Not heavy blizzard snow, but a rarity around here nonetheless...

I guess my work and the kids school were cancelled last night (wish I'd known) it snowed all night, all day, and is supposed to snow all night tonight. The stuff we painted was covered with snow again before we even went inside. Big clumps of flakes.
I love watching the snow fall from a nice wood stove heated house - it's very calming and homey. What's even nicer is when the kidlets are here, nicer still is when it's a free day off!

work was cancelled yesterday,.. although the roads were fine come noon.
i guess they didn't wanna take any chances since we drive company cars around all day.

i wake up today and there's a fresh inch of snow out there.
wtf?!

just annoying enough to have to make me clean off my truck.

If I scrape my hand across the roof of the freezer I sort of get snow.

Doesn't really count does it?

We had another inch too. There's quite a snowpack out there now and I'll bet it's over 18 inches in the mountains with the new snow from this storm. With cold temps for the next 10 days the snowshoeing should be good.

Got 2" overnight. It was nice to wake up to new snow. It's not a lot, but it's great considering it's almost spring.

I miss winter, already.

It looks like there is about 5 inches of new snow on the ground and it's still coming down. With more snow in the mountains it's time to break out the snowshoes again.

We got 6 inches overnight nad it's still snowing. Forecast at 11 PM last night said we wouldn't get anything and that southern NH may get a couple of inches.

Storm is passing to the south of me for the most part, so we're only expected to get 2-4". It's currently coming down pretty good though.

Careful with that weather report Artex. My area was supposed to get only a coating to an inch. I woke up this morning to about 10" and it's still snowing.

No snow just rain, but it dropped below 32* last night and all the trees and the cars were covered in ice this morning and little icicles hanging off the roof. Good thing it got up to 35* today and everything melted, but now the temp is starting to drop again 34* now. I hope it doesn’t drop too much. I’d rather have a few feet of snow instead of freezing rain.

Snow? Where'd it all go, I left here(northern mn) there was 2 feet still on the ground on thursday, at home the snow was sparse(southern mn) and I drove back up yesterday and the snow was just as sparse as back home, it all dissappeared, I guess it's time to put my snowmobile away.

NO! go away... It's been spring for like a month now, it hasn't hardly snowed since february and the snow falls. Well... it's hardly worth mentioning, but I did see a few snowflakes this morning, and it's cold out there, a little bit of a change from Monday, it was 82 degrees out.

It is supposed to snow in the Mountains tomorrow. We should get accumulation above 2500 feet.

I have to work tomorrow and plan on getting it done and back home ASAP.

Yep, I hear ya. I will probably have to cover Emergency Service Requests this weekend. That should be fun driving around with a truck load of pesticide on a slick road.

Yeah! Hack down those flowers.

This seems like one of those widely varying storms. Last night on WJR, they said a foot was possible. WWJ says 2 to 4 inches. Toledo says 3 to 6 and 4 to 8.

I've also heard 35 mph winds. Huron County apparently has a blizzard warning for tonight. I'm jealous.

I was hiking in the Smokies this weekend and we were going to camp at Mt. Collins Shelter last night and had a second car at Clingmans Dome, we started at Alum Cave. It was snowwing like crazy, so we bailed last night in order to avoid the road potential road closing.

I'm jealous. The leaves are finally changing her in NH. It's been pretty late this year. I hope that means we're in for a cold and snowy winter. This week, it's been in the high 70s every day, but that is all about to change quickly. We usually get our first snow around here right around October 20th. Ski season isn't too far away.
