I finally got to the post office today and mailed your ornament...

Note: if anyone has ever tried putting a 3-D object into a flat rate Priority Mail envelope, it's tough, but it can be done. LOL. Maybe I should have taken a picture....

I couldn't get a box the right size to fit, so I improvised using a box, lots of bubble wrap and the flat rate envelope. I hope it gets to you without being crushed!!!

When I opened it, I could not help but start laughing!!! Apparently, great minds think alike. I just sent off the exact SAME ornament to Hyway yesterday!!! (I won't spoil the surprise to Hyway--hopefully, he'll post his when his is received.)

Anyways, I love it! :-) and it will go on my tree to join the other TT ornaments from the past few years... I may need to start a mini TT tree this year, The TT ornaments are taking up a nice little patch on my Christmas Tree!”

“Pinkbubelz, I got the ornament last night. When I pulled it out of the mail box I looked at teh package and said, "What the hell kind of package is this?" I LOLed when I opened it up to discover a Oil lantern shaped Christmas ornament and some oatmeal packets (I'll save the oatmeal packets for my AT hike). Nothing was crushed. Very cool, I like it a lot. I thought about pouring the oatmeal into the top and filling up the globe with it :), but figured that would get pretty messy later.”
