Annoying co-workers

There was a woman who was always getting into every conversation at her work place. All the other workers were really getting tired of her, but they just tried to ignore her.

One day a man was telling his co-workers about a surgery he just had. As he was talking, the woman came up and jump right in, taking over the conversation. "That is a painful operation" she said. " I had that done myself once".

The man looked at her and asked "When did you get YOUR vasectomy?"”
