"Pink Panther" Recipe

Ingredients
0.5 oz. Vodka
1 tsp. Grenadine
1 oz. Amaretto
2 oz. Light Cream
Mixing Instruction
Fill a shaker half full with ice cubes. Pour all ingredients into shaker and shake well. Strain drink into a Cocktail glass and serve.

Trudy Fitzgerald is my karaoke name.

I originally did it when I was in grad school and working full time I think in 98. The muscles in my leg deteriorated from all the sitting I was doing. Then I went on vacation to France, where I walked miles each day. Tore the ligament.

Reinjured in Feb backpacking. My muscles are a lot stronger than before, but apparently I will need to pay special attention to them for the rest of my life according to my podiatrist.

The muscles in question are the ones on the sides and front of my lower leg. The stabilizer ones. I have special "weight training" exercises I need to do to keep them nice and strong.”

“Yowzah! I do alot of sitting at my job too, I guess from now on I'll be extra careful to move around.

And I never thought to come up with a Karaoke Stage Name. I've got a band Stage name, but that's different.”
