Free or For sale gear
It just occured to me that there are often several threads floating around where people have some gear to sell or give away. I'm getting ready to clean out my attic and may have a little myself.

I wondered if we might be able to post that type of stuff here in the future.

The idea would be to ban discussion about the gear here, just list what you have and some kind of contact info. That way the list would stay clean and easy to read. You could just visit and browse, or look for what you need before buying something new. Once you got rid of the item you could remove your post using the edit feature.

It would be our own little used gear store!

If this is a dumb idea you can give me a virtual tongue lashing! LOL

Maybe Matt could create something like that for us.

The chatter will help keep the thread near the top so people will see it, so restricting the discussion may work to the disadvantage of selling.

You have to hope that it sells in the first 15 minutes...
