Okay...and I paid for my education (out of state on one)in both cases....? so your rather weak and somewhat "government education evident" opinion would be?

Please Lactose "the oh so intolerant" tell me a school that IS NOT publically funded? Really tell me a major university that would not fall under that?

New Jersey: Ticket Fixing Judge Given City Job

A Jersey City, New Jersey judge who resigns in the wake of a ticket fixing scandal is given a high-paying city job.

A former Jersey City, New Jersey municipal judge implicated in a ticket-fixing scandal has been handed a city job that pays $105,000 a year. Last October, Attorney General Anne Milgram pressed charges against four city judges accused of using their power to cancel parking tickets for themselves and friends. Judge Vincent Signorile, 48, stepped down from the bench, avoiding being charged with a crime. He now works in the Jersey City Law Department.

"The assertions against Vinny rise to a departure from protocol at best, and he is known and highly regarded as a fine and ethical attorney," Corporation Counsel Bill Matsikoudis told the Jersey Journal newspaper.

The four judges charged with the crime of ticket fixing await trial.

HACKENSACK, N.J. — A lab technician has admitted that he sexually abused the corpse of a 92-year-old woman at a Teaneck hospital morgue.

Anthony Merino faces up to seven years in prison after pleading guilty to desecration of human remains.

But under a plea deal, the 25-year-old could be placed on probation after nearly a year behind bars.

Authorities said a security guard last year saw Merino engaging in sexual activity with the body in the Holy Name Hospital morgue.

Merino has agreed to undergo a psychological evaluation and will be prohibited from working at a hospital morgue.
