anybody herd about this sport, not many have. Its basically walking/running, and jumping on or off things

Walking is good for bone development, so it's always recommended, but it's not necessary to walk very fast. If you are doing it to lose weight, I don't think it will really help as you need to keep your heartrate up to a certain level, and you can't check that unless you are on an excersize machine that monitors these things, unless there is sometning on the market that you can attach to yourself as you walk. The only thing I know about are pedometers to count your footsteps.

extreme walking sounds like fun not as boring, sound a little like...hmmm HIKING???????

we jump off things all the time don't we?
