Scott Peterson VERDICT

“deuce, I knew the verdict would be read at 4:30pm, so I was waiting and watching CNN. Of course, this verdict will lead to appeals.”

“Dueling Scott Peterson threads, lol. He deserves two threads, because he should be killed twice for multiple murders, one of his wife, and one of his unborn child.

His friend was on the stand giving a character reference. He said Scott was a "problem solver". In this case, killing his wife and kid was the wrong solution. It means nothing to me to hear his friends say they would not believe he would kill someone. Does anyone really believe their friend or relative would do something like that? That's a meaningless statement.”

“Violin, as a matter of fact, wasn't there another pregnant woman found dead either on the beach or in the water at the same time? We never heard about her again.

I think the Peterson case becoming as big as it did has to do with the family going to the press, and the press deciding to pick up on it. Not every family goes to the news with their story.

Everyone is going to say there was not enough evidence, but I don't know how anyone can say that when we were not privy to what was said during the court case. We only heard some things. I don't even want to hear that from anyone unless they have court transcripts.”

“Did anyone see Amber Frye on Dateline? I missed the first 1/2 hour, but you get a glimpse as to why he was convicted. He told Amber his wife was missing before she was missing. Then he continued to court her as the search was in progress for his missing pregnant wife.

Jay Leno joked, Peterson made up stories about his extensive traveling to impress Amber, and didn't lie about the one thing he should have in order to impress her, and that was that he was a fertilizer salesman.”

“Turns out Amber thought she was model material and had nude photos taken years ago, and now they were published in one of those rag papers. I can just hear the conversation between her and the photographer, "You will make a great model, now take your clothes off." She is so full of it, making believe she did that to become a model. What does taking your clothes off have to do with modeling?

She changed her story from one interview to the next. She told Matt Lauer that it was best he got life, because it would be worse than death. Then on Ophra, she said that the death penalty sentence was good, because it would send a message to other people like him not to do what he did. She will be on Ophra on Friday again talking about the gift Peterson left her and his call to her from prison.

She said she slept with Peterson on the first date, so big deal, but then a few days later she has Peterson picking up her daughter from school. Now that was wrong. Her and her father are not rapped too tight.

Then after knowing he may have killed his wife, she goes to pick up a package he left for her by some street light. She should have sent the police to pick it up. Then after taping his conversation for the police, she didn't want it to end after they said they had enough info and kept taping him. She won't admit it, but she still wanted to be in contact with him.

Amber did come forward, but she also had a lot of people that may have told the police about their relationship since all her friends knew and whoever they told knew, so she really had to come forward. The girl is just trash.”

People really misunderstand where Peterson will be. Everyone is happy thinking he will get raped, but from what I understand, he will either be in a cell alone or with one person who is as wimpy as him, so he will not have to fear for his life or get raped. The prison said he will get 5 hours recreation time and they are watched more closely than if he were just roaming around his cell block in general population where he would get "it".

It took 20 years to execute the last person. I think it takes close to that amount of time for the person to run out of appeals, so he may get executed since he is young enough to be on death row long enough.

That Amber and her dad are nuts. She let Peterson pick up her daughter from school after knowing him for a few days. She was so lucky she didn't get killed by him. They said Peterson had a map to her house, a shovel and masking tape in his trunk.

She never bothered to get his home phone to see if he was married. She obviously didn't care and maybe thought if he was married or living with someone, she could lure him away with being sexually available from day one.”
