Big difference between the grocery bag water bucket and the Pepsi stove...the bag works. Pepsi can stoves are slower than a retarded coon dog. Ok for half warming a cup of coffee but crappy as a Pauly Shore movie for cooking.

I disagree.
You give retarded coon dogs way too much credit and grocery bags are only good for hauling preparation H and Q-tips. Those things leak water like walnuts falling through the gaps in your teeth.

Awritey. I remember Lizs going into... I mean gettin Heet pryor to Cumby. We had difficulty finding it in S.GA (imagine that). If I'd known alky was ok...

They're gaining popularity. I 'spect alky (even Heet) is fairly plentiful along the trail...

Just about all the AT supply stops and hostels sell Denatured Alcohol by the oz now.

I think most thrus carry the alcohol in light plastic 12-16 oz Coke bottles.
