Its friggin cold

“Sass, isn't that the truth? When I was married and owned a large home, I remember some months our utility bill (gas/electric) was over $350. That was even with keeping the thermostat at 65 and having lots of insulation.”

“when it's late January in Maine and you can see blades of grass and it's 40 degrees outside, one has to question what happened to winter. Here in southern PA, it has been such a warm winter that it's almost like spring and fall have merged into one season. The winter here has been warmer than any winter I had when I lived in Nashville, TN. Funny thing is I am paying more for my heating bill each month than ever before and I am using far less heat.”
