But the last two mornings I've been 205, so I think I'm through it. So my total weight loss is 24 pounds, with another 20 to go. I continue to crack down.” 8:59:02 AM 3/31/05 “Good going, Bit. Call me Anita Bryant . .. but it just isn't morning without a glass of juice. Lunch for me is often 1/2 turkey sandwich on 12 grain bread from the cafe downstairs. lettuce and mustard. and a banana and water. and a square of chocolate. I get a half becuase its smaller, still has plenty of turkey for normal portion (think about it . . sandwiches are soooooo overstuffed, that a half sandwich is a fine size), and it costs less. It will help even out things a bit more and keep you satiated longer. I like to eat a spoonful of low fat peanut butter on my way out the door. Another thing that I've found that helps is having fiber for breakfast. Since you don't like to eat the whole orange, just the juice, you might try Fiber One cereal sprinkled on your yogurt. I had a phase like this before, then I realized that I eat more then I tought. it could be that you now eat what you need to keep your weight at what it is. (no loss/no gain) did you write down everything? Try to write down all your meals, snacks, drinks...EVERYTHING!! I betcha you eat more then you think you do. I really would try to keep the calorie intake at around 1200. (plus cardio and weight training of course) If your metabolism is as screwed up as mine...good luck! It'll take a while. I know there is a way to get your metablism back to normal, but it takes a while.
