“Why are the ESPN commentators calling today's game on ABC?

Paul McGuire and Joe Theisman over evaluate every play and are wrong about half the time. I can hardly watch Sunday Night Football with these clowns and now they get a day game on ABC.

These two are the worst football analysts of all time.”

“They all suck! They are always second guessing coaches and try to give the impression they are so smart with the trivial trivia they throw about. ("you know, his quarterback rating on 3rd and 'greater than 18 yds' is the worst of any NFC quarterback throwing into the wind in domed stadiums")

“When Theisman was quarterbacking the Redskins, he was the reason they won. When the Redskins lost, it was because somebody screwed up a pattern or missed a block. It was never Joe's fault, but he was the first to claim credit. When they busted his jaw and they wired it shut, I said it was a damn shame it couldn't last forever.”

Quite a few years ago there was so much complaining about the commentators that the network aired a game with just the stadium announcer, IT WAS GREAT!!!!”

“My favorite part of the game with Mcguire and Thiesman is when a player on either team does something wrong and they berate him like he's the dumbest player to enter the draft then the same player will make a spetacular catch and they'll have a story about how he's the greatest thing since Jerry Rice.”

“Because ABC owns ESPN they do a lot of switching off but I agree, they suck. They pick everything apart and critisize everything. I love it when they get all hot and bothered about someone like the O-line and they start saying jackoff stuff like, "They are the best line in the nfl. No one can touch these guys.", and the next play the qb gets sacked. LOL!

My favorite would have to have been Dennis Miller. Regular guy, a fan and he was funny..."Someone call Kopal and tell him to start blow drying his hair.". I think Rush Lindbaugh would have been great also.”
