It's against my religion:) The thing is if you make pizza often enough, make a pot of sauce enough for a few pizzas and freeze separate container of sauce, then all you have to do is roll out dough. I used to buy pizza dough from the pizzeria for about $1.50 many years ago in NY. Rhodes Bread Dough has five frozen loaves in a package for about $3.+ in my cheap grocery store (non union).
