Upper I-O-Wanna Canoe/Kayak Trip, June 3 -5

“Also, sometime soon -- well lets say AFTER the Yellow River trip -- I should get emails going on this, on who is coming, who is sharing canoes, how many canoe or kayak rentals are needed, etc. Canoe rentals will require some money to be exchanged. I'll need to see if they need deposits for reservations. >8-O

am still awaiting word back from the big Upper Iowa canoe guy on whether there might be a chance to camp on private land as opposed to commercial campgrounds... It would be totally primitve as opposed to some nice "extras." Trade off is a lot more people at the commercial campgrounds.

Stovey -- Rochester, MN is the closest airport to me. And I could pick you guys (???) up... IF I know who I'm picking up. LOL... could even stay at my place if you flew up late Thursday. Rochester is 35 miles from me. Northwest flies a commuter into there. Not sure who else does. But hey, the shieks from the Middle East fly in there... and if it's good enough for them... LOL!

You'll get cheaper rates at MSP and many more airlines to choose from. You also could see if any charters fly from the Twin Cities to Biloxi or Gulfport (is that right??). They might have cheap rates. MSP is on the southern edge of Twin Cities and 2 hours from me.

And if it worked for SB to pick ya up, that works. Want you to know options.
