I'd say that the pruee way is the right way with the mandrin oranges.
They sure are good, and a lot of calories.
I tried drying real, fresh oranges - they almost turned to dust (not good.)

I dried real, fresh oranges, lemons and grapefruit. Sliced, with the skin on. My plan is/was to put them in my nalgene to jazz up the water. Haven't tried it yet...

I have a couple trays of apricots drying, 5 or six trays of peach slices and a couple trays of 'lopes. We'll see how they turn out.

I have at least 25 cantalope ripening in my garden. It makes me drool.

Looks like my sweet corn may not be dead. I had thought, since it grew so tall (8 ft), that it was going to be all hat and no cowboy. I may be wrong. Yippee-Ki-yi-yay,MF.
