I hate when Women feel compelled to tidy up after some fun in the sack. Ruins the mood.

there is no curefew on this trip. I'm not sure if we're allowed to have fires in SNP. If memory serves me correctly, fires are not allowed.

yeah, we were both tired on this trip last year, but this time there will be a larger group. I bet we will all stay up late. Sunday's hike is mostly down hill.

All is going so well. I might vomit.
"We have recently reviewed your resume posted on the Internet and have a business opportunity that can supplement or replace your current income. Our opportunity is not in the specific line of work you have been doing; however we have found that a good work ethic and determination are more important in our business than any specific work history. The positions that are available allow you to work out of your home with a flexible schedule.

The company we represent is Herbalife International. Our mission is to make the world healthier through our line of nutritional and personal care products. Herbalife has been in business for 25 years and is considered the “IBM” of the Wellness Industry which leading economists predict will grow five-fold between now and 2010 into a trillion dollar industry. To make our business even stronger, Herbalife has just expanded into their 59th country, and recruited as our new CEO the former President of Walt Disney International.

If your current job search is not yielding the position you want, or if you are interested in learning more about starting an alternative career, go to our website and download the free e-booklet, which is the first step in our candidate screening process.

To find the best qualified candidates we use a non-traditional recruiting process that starts with the e-booklet, and then continues with downloads of more detailed information. Most questions are answered by the complete set of materials which usually take 2-4 hours to review. Once you have studied these materials we will arrange a phone interview to answer any further questions, and to get you started if you wish to do so. Due to our small staff, we do not grant phone interviews until you have invested the time to review the materials. We have found that this practice selects the best candidates, and allows us to focus our resources on helping those who are most interested.

Click here to get to our website: www.HassleFreeJob.com. Enjoy the free e-book! We look forward to speaking with you in the near future.

Sincerely,

The Dare to Succeed Group

I did get a call from an agency wondering if I was interested in a "Lab Animal Associate" position. I called them back for fun.

me: Please describe the position
them: Blah, blah, blah
me: A glorified animal cage washer?
them: well, er.....
me: Did you not read my resume? Specifically, every job I've had in my field since college?
them: Blah, blah, blah.
me: I see. Feel free to contact me again with research positions only. Good day.

Wasn't the first time and I seem to enjoy those conversations.

Oh well, #&%!$ it.

I think Makers Mark and Camel Lights. Can't quite remember where we came out but it was a switchback from Hell. Kind of never ending, no end in sight and you wonder if you've entered the "twilight zone"?

Of course, we would have died without the switchback!

Ductape - Not sure about the camp site friday night yet. That hasn't been sorted out. Anyone know a good campsite for Friday night?

The plan is to meet at 7 at the Old Rag Parking Lot and then shuttle cars over to the Cedar Run Parking lot and try to be hiking by 8 (beat the rush up the mountain). We'll hike up and over Old Rag and then down into the saddle between the Robertson Mountain and Old Rag (Weakley Hollow) and then climb up Robertson Mountain via the Old Rag Fire Road. I don't have my map handy, but there is a side trail off of the fire road and we'll camp there. After we set up camp for Saturday, I plan to climb to the summit of Robertson Mountain and check out some views. It's not that far from camp.

Sunday, continue on the fire road up to the limberlost trail and cut over to the White Oak Canyon Trail and descend the Blue Ridge to the Cedar Run parking area. Should be a ton of fun inspite of being a butkicker..

Bearmagnet has agreed to carry everyone's pack in addition to a cooler of cold beer.
