I live in Dry Valley just across Rich Mountain from Cades Cove. You can see down to my house from Rich Mountain Loop.

Weather calls for rain/ice mix starting tonight in Knoxville. As a general rule of thumb, it is about 5 to 7 degrees colder in Townsend than it is down in Maryville/Alcoa/Knoxville.

Hopefully, we will just get snow up there.”
