ok, I'll come as long as I get to see Embear and Stovey race. I'll have $20 on the cute one. (not stovey - no offense, but he's not my type).

Stove's not cute?

I wonder if the Griz will boil him first...

What kind of prize do I win?

You win a night of passion with Bison, who is now breathing a sigh of relief that Stovey didn't win.

Bison - I realized a long time ago that I come second place to things like cats, shoes, clothes and others.
It's just that you got a backpacking girl and you're slightly behind a dog and backpacking gear in the pecking order.

It's better just to accept this. And think of how Embear rates compared to a new tent or Nascar.
;o)

oh, and btw, I think I'm still up for one of these trips. We'll have to have a beer and chat about it.

Bison I'm interested in making one of the trips you posted. It is just still to far out for me to confirm. If I can make it to the farewell to Yam trip, I'll talk to you there. If not I'll keep in touch as the trip gets closer.

Sounds good, hopefully we'll see ya in TN.

We're really hopin' to get some people for Yellowstone, A. because it's Griz country so we'd like to have at least a group of four, and B. because the trip involves a very long shuttle so we'll need two cars.

Any flexibility?
I saw the permits were already pulled for this. Is there any way to start a day or two earlier? My friend who is interested is supposed to be in San Fran the 24th for a Phils game. If we get done a day earlier, he and I are both definitely 100% in. Let me know if this is possible.

We're In
I just got off the phone with my buddy. He has agreed to cancel the San Fran trip to make the Thorofare a reality, if need be. Bison and Embear, contact me so that we can start to plan this out if you're still doing this. If not, let me know so I can go ahead and pull my own permits.
