I found a nice pair of Revo sunglasses on the Lone Star Hiking Trail in Sam Houston National Forest two weekends ago. Describe them to me and I'll send them to you.

hey reef, do you like that trail? what sections did you do and which were you're favorite? I've been unable to hike for about 6 months now b/c of a medical condition but that is one of the 1st hikes I want to do when I can.

No, but I lost my new polorized glasses on the Glasier point trail. The snow is heck on the eyes with no glasses.

Well, you know, it's a nice enough trail if you live in the Houston area and only have a Saturday to go dayhiking. I like the Richards Loop area best, also Big Creek. It will be a good trail for you to get back out on, pretty easy going. The only problem is you have to pick your season to go because of hunters. April would be a great time to hike it, but I totally avoid it because of the turkey hunters. I read somewhere turkey hunting has the most accidents, and that wearing orange can actually make you more likely to get shot.
