“I only have one item of Patagonia clothing, a Micro Puff vest. I ordered it along with an R4 vest that I bought for my father for Christmas.

When they arrived, I was very pleased with their quality. I really didn't want to let go of the R4 vest. Not only did it feel good and seem very functional - dang it, it looked good!

I have since taken the Micro Puff vest on a trip and am convinced that it is a great piece of technical apparel. Too bad it is not part of this sale. But the pullover and jacket are, so if you are in the market...

Don't rely on my assessment, Backpackinglight.com gave the Micro Puff pullover the highest rating in its review of lightweight synthetic fill garments.”
