,,, in Rocky Mtn Nat'l Park
Went up to the park today for a short snowshoe hike since we got some fresh snowfall over the last week.

When we got into the park there was nothing happening, but the closer we got to Bear Lake, the more snow was in the air.

Once we got there, i realized i left my hat on the kitchen counter - this resulted in my head looking somewhat like that of a snowman by the time we finished! It was a great day to be out (what day isn't!)

didn't really get any pics, there wasn't any real view other than lots of big fat snowflakes.

Yay! It's snowing here in Michigan... Not nearly as much as where you are, but I'm thinking enough that the ground is now covered... :-) Maybe Thinkbubelz & I will go out snowshoeing later this afternoon, if enough snow comes down...

schizophrenic weather! mid 40's right now "Spring is in the air!" But by Tuesday we're scheduled for three days of snow fall. And I'm told that March is the heaviest snowfall month of the year..... "In like a lion" isn't that what they say?

Yes... but you never know!!!

We had 40 and 50 degree weather in the past few weeks. Now it's forcasting 3-7 inches (depending on location in the Southeastern Michigan Area.)

I don't mind the cold and snow, as long as it's enough to actually play in... :-)

we had the perfect snowfall last week in Loveland and Greeley - it put 4 to 6 inches on the ground, but the temps were just right and the roads stayed completely clear. Fun to play in and still no driving issues.

We are still in a winter storm warning mode, carried over from yesterday. 4-8" predicted. Looks more like, say, 3" at most, at least right here.

were supposed to get 6" tomorrow, normally that would be A LOT for us, but after the 18" in december and 4' in January, it will seem like a light dusting
