Beach
Those beaches down your way, do you have a list of names. I hope to do some of the Gulf. Starting at the Wacassassa basin, have a local contact going to take me in by boat. Anyway if I had the names I could start the research when I return from my next wander. Thanks

in pinellas county you could start with ft desoto which is at the mouth of tampa bay. st pete beach, treasure island, madeira beach,(where we live), reddington beach north reddington, indian shores, then you go on up to the clearwater beaches. are you kayaking? remember i owe you dinner!

Thanks Cyndeee
Not sure how I'll be doing this yet, Haven't done much on the Gulf, but when this came up it got my mind working. Have a friend who does some photo's over that way and they are great. Thanks for the information I'll be in the area and will check these out. I hope this spring, but the warm weather may catch me this year. I have to do this before the sand gnats show their ugly teeth. Thanks for the dinner invite, sounds great I'd like to meet your family. Thanks again

Thinking of you!
How are you feeling? How is your knee? Are you out and running?

Hey paul i've been thinking about you lately. the knee is still heeling, the doc said it could take 3-6 months before it stops hurting. i'm at 3 1/2 months and i am no better than before surgery. i still limp around and can't go for those long walks on the beach that i so love. i went for a 2 mile walk with a neighbor the other day and was in a bit of pain. i find that the pain patches help in the daytime mor than at night. it is all very disapointing that i cn't get back to my active lifestyle. i am doing up to 30 miles a ride with the bike but it's not the same. would i do this again? NO!!!!!!!!!!! so far it seems like a long recovery for nothing. but i don't intend to give up just yet, i guess i will start looking for clinical trials again.
hey nowslimmer how are you doing? are you in the smokies? i need a vacation! the hubby has been too busy at work to catch a break, so he isn't sure he will even be able to get away for a week. i'm going up to my cousins in ocala for a few days and next week-end a group of women are going to ocala for a camp trip. i hope to get up to cumberland before the end of the year.
