“I gave away my Serratus VBL liner because I couldn't fit my shoulders into it. I confirmed the need for a VBL a couple of weeks later. I think the best thing would be to make one myself. Does anyone know a source for silnylon material?” 1:25:45 PM 3/08/05 1:27:30 PM 3/08/05 “grem, you got mail.” 1:55:37 PM 3/08/05 “Gremlin couldn't you just use a tall kitchen garbage bag? You know the white ones that are about 36" tall? Oh I'm sorry about a meter tall. Just kidding man!” 2:31:19 PM 3/08/05 “Thanks for the VBL. It fits me fine. Maybe it will go to McKinley with me... *smile* -percious” 2:33:25 PM 3/08/05 “Maybe a leaf bag. LOL” 3:40:54 PM 3/08/05 “Actually in all seriousness, I've thought about using something like one of those tall contractors waste bags that they use on construction sites as a VBL. I think they make some that are about 6' tall.” 3:47:11 PM 3/08/05 “I don't see why it wouldn't work. It is probably heavier than a sil vbl.” 4:23:53 PM 3/08/05
