Wondering what to do with your SPAM?

I think it was Japan that I saw on tv that uses a lot of spam since the U.S. was over there for the war I think???

My brother just came back from the Philipines so I will ask him, but I still think it's Japan. It was on the food channel.

How about Hawaii... It is firmly imbedded w/in their culture. :)
Japan's version of SPAM is called BA-CON. It is a little saltier, but is basically the same.

I'd have to be pretty hungry to eat spam.

Never tasted the stuff. Not opposed to it per say, just never had the opportunity (aside from buying a can myself).

SPAM On !!
I was interviewed by a reporter for a Lebanon, NH paper in a grocery store parking lot.

It was about '90 and he was doing a story on SPAM for some anniversary of the stuff.

Our own SPAM makes some wicked good SPAM and egg fajitas.
