No wonder our military is having trouble meeting it'e enrollment quota...I'd hate lugging around an 8 pound tent too!!!

One man tent
The have solo tent too @6.5# is pretty hefty but you can set it up W/O the body and that comes in pretty light.

Retail $400.00 or better....

Unclaimed Baggage had one for $100.00; heavy yes, but he wanted it for a trip to New Zealand to Flyfish in 2006..

They will be basecamping.
