“I have been checking out the various Hennessy’s, a staple of every Backpacking trip I go on.

I first tried the Hennessy Very Special Cognac at $31 per 750 ml bottle. It was excellent but to make sure that my results were not tainted - I tried several other bottles and also found them excellent.

I then tried the Hennessy Privilege VSOP Cognac at $42 per 750 ml bottle. It was even more superlative. I did the same test and tried another bottle. Yes indeed – the Privilege is worth the extra price.

I am next going to try the Hennessy XO (extra old) at $125. From my past experiences, I am sure that I will not be disappointed.

Still for the future, Hennessy Private Reserve at $150 and the Hennessey Paradis Extra at $349. I am especially looking forward to the Richard Hennessy at only $2583 a bottle.

The Hennessy Timeless is said to be the quintessential Cognac. A blend of the most perfect Hennessy’s Cognacs. Although at $4000 a bottle, I may have to wait a little while. (Any free samples will be appreciated.)

“I've been gone all day! I was out on my fly fishing story for **FOUR** hours. I mean, not that it was bad. There are far worse things to do for a story. This guy was really good, pretty much catching brookies at will. And then he caught a brown that had some kind of 5-inch fish in its mouth on down its throat, which I HOPE(!!!!) I got a good picture of. This guy said it's only the second time he's ever seen that. He also guides in Montana in the summer and is an area school teacher during the year.

Then... off to another town to dink around, plus I went into the boonies to check on my geocache. SHEESH!! Someone had just found it today!! The previous person had a "no find" on it, so then I felt I better make sure it was still there. OH MAN, lotsa wildflowers on that slope! Trillium, May apples, phlox, hepatica. Very cool! But windy, so I didn't take any pics.

Now to get comfy before the looooooooong upload begins. hehehehe... E1 is trusting me to caption her photos. LOL!!!”
