He totally suprised me, I wasn't expecting this until mid-May or June. He even called my father to ask for permission, and my whole family and his whole family knew, as did the people we spent the weekend with! He made me go for a walk around the "lake" (more like a pond) and back into the woods behind the lake, where he got down on one knee. It was so wonderful, and really surreal at the time!”
