Check out this site. I don't know if you can still register but the course is definitely flat. I ran this race in 1998 and registered one of my best times. I can't think of any spring east coast marathons that are relatively flat. You can buy Runner's World at the news stands and this has a listing for all US marathons to include dates, locations, and registration info. Hope this helps.”
