“Speaking of 3 days.. I am planning a 105 mile section hike of Shenandoah National Park this summer... Will be heading NB from Rockfish Gap.. Plan on doing it in 3.5 days...

As an add on, time permitting, I will spend that night in Front Royal, before heading southbound via blue blazed trails....

“Shouldn't be too hard... Mileage per day would be 33,29,30,12 (give or take).. Hopefully we will get a lot of rain in May and the springs will be flowing... That will help keep the pack weight down..

Will carb-up at the waysides and campgrounds..
