“Im glad to see legal action being taken. Im a computer tech and I cant even tell you how much money our company has lost because of Spyware.

All the money spent on software to prevent spyware, plus the money spent on labor of a tech having to fix PCs messed up by spyware because it is a version that the software cant detect yet. Then you have to think of the downtime it causes for the person at that PC when they should be getting work done.
