They were also suspected of hiring someone to blow up the father's car....actually to kill him....since he had to start the car to trigger the bomb. His legs were hurt badly...don't remember if they were amputated. There's still an ongoing investigation on this case.

Basically, the burden of proof depends on what I'm deciding. If I was in a position to jail or someone or hang 'em, I'd want to be lead pipe certaint they were guilty.
