Need xtra Cash?

“Anybody have any ideas on a quick way to make an extra $100-200 a month without giving up weekends?

And no....I will not consider whoring myself out or selling drugs..lol!

Just need a little cash to supplement my income for a few months. I though about waiting tables a couple nights a week. any other ideas?”

“In my younger years I delivered for Dominoes and Papa Johns. Good money up front, but when you see 100-150 miles on your car in one 8-hour shift, the money doesn't look as good. Some places require at least one weekend shift, since that is when demand is.”

“Since I did the Domino's thing for a few yrs I can say yes you can make some good money.
But it will wear your car out quickly. Gas prices are a lot higher so be prepared to fill up a lot.

Try working the volume shifts which is 2-3 hrs a night usually from 5:30 to 8:30. Also a Sat afternoon/night during football season is a good time, esp if the local team is playing on TV

“With Gas prices the way they are in most parts of the country right now I dont see pizza delivery being as good an option unless the pay has gone up (which I doubt)

Whenever I try to make extra money I always try to make it fun. By this I mean similar to what Bit was saying about the brother at the golf shop. Think of your different hobbies and things that you really enjoy doing, thne see if their is anyway you can make money from it. Rather it be somehting you can make and sell, or working at a shop of some sort. Advantage of working at a shop is the gran ole employee discount, which can help you save some money as well.

“Sacco, I love bartending, but around here you have to work the late shift and I can't do that during the week. I have my daughter every other weekend, and I hate to fill up my free weekend with work.”

“I make $15 or $20 each month doing online surveys for pineconeresearch. I know you have to be VERY careful about these things, but I've been doing them for about 3 years now and I've never had any problems.

They send you $5 checks for every survey you do and they usually take about 5 minutes.

So, that would get you 15 to 20 percent of the way to $100.

I would also look seriously at eliminating needless spending. Tighten up the car insurance. Cancel the cable. Use prepaid long-distance cards instead of regular long distance plans. Buy gas always on Tuesday. Spending less is just as good as earning more.

I would also look for free classified ads in local papers or classifieds-on-the-radio shows to sell some excess possessions.”

The magazine is currently not distributed in my county because they don't have an ad rep. They've agreed to let me sell ads on commission. If I sell enough we will also get distribution for my area!
