Political Manifesto
Dear Backpacker Reader (pedxing),

Thanks for passing along my writing to the backpacker list in the summer of 2001. I'm sorry about the cc's to some of our literary list people. I don't think I meant to break etiquette. I was taken by the FBI to NYC and incarcerated for three years in federal prison six months after your backpacker message and I just read it today.

I am teaching in a university in China now. Nothing political. Just English. I am kind of recovering. I placed the brief I wrote for the 2nd circuit court of appeals as an appendix to the manifesto. I lost a really dirty trial in NYC. I was incarcerated for writing e-mails to ABC and Paine Webber. My appeal's brief is at www.geocities.com/millenniumrevolution
The brief is at the end of the manifesto. I also changed a few things in the manifesto.

Please tell me if you send this information on somewhere. Also, the manifesto augers 9/11, but so do the e-mails that got me incarcerated for three years. The e-mails appear early in the legal brief I wrote for my appeal to the 2nd Circuit Court of Appeals.

I'm going to send this on to some of the other people who read the manifesto from backpackers in separate mailings. There is nothing about higher intelligence in the facts of my imprisonment or in my legal brief. The higher intelligence stuff needs more explaining. I know it seems borderline. I'm sorry that I didn't write more on each of the chapters of the manifesto. The manifesto is really more of an outline for a much longer effort.

I want to thank the Backpacker readers for their interest even if some of them felt I needed psychiatric treatment. The Carter conversation is really insidious though; that he has gone around the world bringing American type "democracy" when he knew he was going to get rigged into the presidency during the primary campaign. The U.S. has no right to insist on U.S. type elections when they have been rigged for the whole life of your generation. Take a look at http://www.oilempire.us/ with regard to this.

You know, the U.S. press should have covered my story a long time ago. Take a look at my Federal Case as I present it in my appeal's brief. None of the Backpacker skeptics can deny the reality of my arrest, trial, incarceration and appeal's brief that is now currently in the 2nd Circuit Court of Appeals and that reality is available through various public channels at no cost. You can check that out: U.S. v Mark Krangle 2002 in the Southern District of New York and currently in appeal in the 2nd Circuit Court of Appeals.

Thanks again for your pass-along to your other list and sorry again for cc-ing incorrectly on the literary list and I hope you don't mind my cc-ing this, but I don't even know if you still check your Backpacker mail. And, incidentally, I was not bounced from the literary list.

I am convinced that a great judgment of the United States of America, and of all nations, is about to unfold and that you will be a part of it—whether you want to be or not. You will be a part of the "fall of America" even if you just turn out to be one of its nameless victims.

At least he's not an alarmist.

Prof. Krangle. I'm sorry to hear about your incarceration, but am glad you have found gainful employment and a place to recover. I wish you well.

I would be dishonest to say that I believed some of your more extraodinary claims. I am very interrested in what some literary theorists might call radical and non-normative interpretations of the text, and what mainstream psychiatry would call delusional beliefs. I think writers like Kenneth Burke on the non-fiction end, and Robert Anton Wilson have fascinating ideas on the topic.

Good luck!
I must say, that I tended to see you manifesto as a very intelligently organized delusional system. I believe we are all prone to false revelations

That's a really nice way of telling someone he's off his branch in the sanity tree.

Saying you're off your branch in the sanity tree is dismissive and "silencing." I really do appreciate other views, especially when interestingly expressed - I also wanted to be honest about my opinions.
