Hey Grits are good eatin! That is my breakfast for trails! My Wife is from England and she cant stand them. It is all about finding the flavor you want for them and that can also affect the texture some as well. Cheese, Jelly, Bacon grease, Ham, tomatoes, Peppers, and etc.

Now you want something interesting, go to a mom and pops store that sells chitlins and ask for "salad" Trust me, it is nothing like any salad you have ever had before. LOL
