If you feel there will be snickering, then you might want to find a different name for your magazine...

or, maybe just poll as many people as you can and note their reaction.... Think about the age group of your target audience.... and what they might think of the name...

I had a book that listed funny names from other countries that had bad connotations in english... i.e. Krapp (I think it was for a cake or something) and another was for "cock soup"... Might have been okay in the country of origin but would generate lots of giggles here in the U.S.

Another thing tha comes to mind is a car that Ford produced a few years back. I don't remember the name, but they chose a cool sounding word in Hawaiian... The down side is that the word meant "lemon"....”
