Capital Reef trip

“Hi, I'm trying to plan a 2 night backpacking trip to Capital Reef NP.I've been all over Utah but I've never been to CR, can anyone sugest a good trail. Lots of white rock would be great! Thanks”

“Hmm, I can hardly think of white rock at Capitol Reef... and have only day hiked there... BUT LOVE IT!

Last time out I hoped to explore the northern part, around Temples of the Sun and the Moon BUT it rained for three days and I couldn't take the Jeep over the Fremont River to head up that way.

For a day hike, I liked Cohab Canyon. And I still haven't seen Grand Wash, phhhhhhhhht, it's always been closed due to flash flood concerns. Dang!
