“About zero, of course as elevation increases so does the level of freezing/thawing temperature increase.

At 6600' the freezing/thawing temperature is something like 36 or 37 degrees F (I think, good subject for a quick search) due to decreased air pressure. Plays havoc with recipes also.

“The only good thing about the 5.5 inches we had from early Saturday morning through Sunday night was that the black flies were not out. They were vicious last week. Rain is in the forecast through the 24th of May. Yikes! I need some sunshine!

Lots of flooding in NH. Many rivers and creeks are expected to overflow their banks today and Tuesday and they are keeping a close eye on the dams. Down in northern MA and Southern to Central NH got 10 inches of rain. Governor Lynch called out National Guard troops to help.”

Our road is just about impassable....well only if your crazy or a guy....started out this morning following MB in his truck, after the second overflow on our road. I decided I didn't want to even see what I may encounter between here and Concord. I wimped out and came home. Of course he didn't have a problem with his truck(being higher than my car). The water didn't come up to the bottom of his door, it did mine, freaked me out. Sorry, but yep, that's me being a women and a whimp.

“I just heard on the radio - worst flooding in this State since the 1930's and the rivers haven't crested yet.”

My neighbor is the head cheerleader for the Catholic school. Using this break in rain to practice some cheers with her friends.

Flooding again today. When it's below 90 degrees coming home from work, I usually stop to jog on the park. Today the trail was under water so I had to splash down the street.
