How do you find any men's pant's that short? ;-)

Synthetics can really absorb the oils from the sweat and man do they stink. It can be next to impossible to stop the stink after a while. I can't wear nylon for that reason. Especially nylon socks. I don't even want to think about nylon underwears. PEEEEEUUUUSAH!!!!!!!! I don't have problems with all the synthetics but a lot of the Wally World stuff has a very limited lifespan for me before it gets rank.

ram...TMI!!!!

I've never had nylon stuff hold onto stink, but I have no expirience with the wally world pants. On a budget though, so no REI pants for me right now :P

The quality stuff is treated to be more washable and odour free, which rules out the garbage from Walmart.

My best and most long lived pair of nylon pants are 7 years old now, have holes in the knees now (little ones), is faded from sop much use, and has never stunk. they were my first ever pair of 'backpacking' pants that I bought at the college gift shop I was going to. They cost me $10. I still wear them :D they have outlived all my expensive REI ones and weight next to nothing and dry faster then anything I've ever known.
